The white stone idol of Lord Keshavaraiji is seated in a posture of Padmasan or lotus like seating position. The left hand holds a discus ,the right hand holds a conch. On the breast lies vaijayantimala and the idol is wearing a Janeu.
The sanctum sanctorum is square shaped over which a very high shikhar in pyramid like shape is built. In the shrine a wooden seat is placed on a stone seat. The wooden seat is covered with silver layer and the deity is enshrined on that.
stone statue of Lord Varaha is installed here. The ancient statue installed here in its original form is said to be of Mongia color and valuable. That statue was stolen about 35 years ago and no trace has been found yet. The service and worship of this temple under the Devasthan Department has been stopped for three decades. The doors of the temple are opened once a year on Akshay Navami of Shukla Paksha in the month of Kartik. Therefore, devotees wait the whole year for the opening of the temple on Akshaya Navami of Kartik month. Special worship and other events take place here on this day. Devotees who come for Parikrama Yatra of Lord Keshav in Keshavraipatan on Navami also come to visit this temple situated on the yatra route.
Temple appeared to be four story’s of the Shikhar. Because in every story there is a shrine like projection on the frontage within which images of Gods and Goddesses have been incurved.the structure of the building is wider and the third portion is still wider. Every where wherever there is scope, images of animals of elephants, horses and images of Gods and Goddesses have been encarved. It is a wonderful creation of sculpture and architecture.outside the temple is a big chowk.
